Another early start saw us meet at Scotch College at 06.15 to get to the airport to catch the 08.10 flight to Adelaide. John Harmer of Blackfriars Priory School was at Adelaide airport to meet us.

We drove to Blackfriars Priory School where Ruth, Matt & Eddie Hay were waiting.  Then we  set off together to Cleland animal park where we could get close up to the Kangaroos and Koalas, before consuming traditional Aussie pies and cakes for lunch.

Looking over the Adelaide hills at Mount Lofty.

After lunch we travelled on to Victor Harbour. The boys explored the shops, beach and attractions.

On our return to Adelaide that afternoon, we were privileged to be the first international team to play at St. Peter's College, one of the most prestigious schools in Australia, in their new sports facility which is second to none.

We played full length games and the juniors opened up with another impressive win with James Owen dominating proceedings with 7 goals, Andrew Court bagged a brace and Dom Thurmott one.  The other two were scored by one Eddie Hay who with Matt and mum have joined us on this leg of the journey.

The seniors played much better but are still meeting excellent opposition.  A 20-5 defeat hides much better ball retention but we were outswum and were slow to react to changes of possession. Blair Abrahams scored twice as did Rohan and Sam Bryant bagged one. Chris Craig had a fine game in goal and stopped a series of 1 v 0 situations.
