Less swimming, starting to inject additional pace into the sessions.
More ball work, shooting and leg excercises leading up to Eastern Championships at the end of the month.

March

More practise of game situations, development of tactics. Increase the intensity of handling, shooting and leg work
in anticipation of the start of the Herts League season.
